Air Methods Corporation Confirms Fatal Accident in Missouri
DENVER, Aug 27, 2011 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) –
Air Methods Corporation reported that a Eurocopter AS350 helicopter based in St. Joseph, Missouri crashed Friday, August 26, 2011 at approximately
6:41 p.m. CDT en route to Liberty, Missouri. The paramedic, flight nurse, pilot and patient on board the aircraft received fatal injuries. The aircraft was operated in support of the Company’s LifeNet of the Heartland program.
